1. Right to Return Goods Within 14 Days
1.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason, if the purchase was made remotely.
1.2. To exercise this right, the customer must:
– submit a request by email or phone,
– provide the order number and contact details.
1.3. The 14-day return period does not apply:
– if the goods were purchased on-site in person (unless otherwise agreed individually).
2. Condition of Returned Goods
2.1. The returned goods must be:
– unused,
– undamaged,
– in original commercial condition,
– complete with all original components (including packaging, instructions, and accessories).
2.2. If the goods have been used or damaged, the Company has the right to reduce the refundable amount proportionally to the depreciation of the goods.
2.3. Goods that were custom-assembled or specially ordered (e.g. non-standard configurations) may not be eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.
3.2. The Company is not responsible for damage incurred during return transportation; therefore, proper packaging or insured shipping is recommended.
4. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
4.1. If the customer receives defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods, they must notify the Company within 72 hours of receipt.
4.2. In such cases, the goods will be replaced with new ones or a refund will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.
4.3. The customer must provide photo or video evidence confirming the defects or damage.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are transferred to the bank account specified by the customer within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received and inspected.
5.2. If the goods do not comply with the return conditions, the Company has the right to:
– refuse to accept the return, or
– issue a partial refund.
In such cases, the customer will be notified in writing.
6. Non-Returnable Goods
Goods that cannot be returned include items that:
– have been used for agricultural work (visible signs of use),
– are mechanically damaged due to the customer’s fault,
– are missing original components or accessories,
– were manufactured or assembled according to an individual/custom order,
– show clear signs of use, dirt, fuel, or oil residue.
