1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms apply to all customers, regardless of whether goods are purchased online, by phone, on-site, or collected from the warehouse.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
1.3. If a customer does not agree with these Terms, they may not use the Company’s services or purchase goods.

2. Goods

2.1. The Company sells light agricultural machinery, including:
– mini excavators,
– dumpers,
– loaders.

2.2. Product descriptions and images on the website are for informational purposes only. Colors, details, or configurations may vary slightly.
2.3. The Company has the right to change the product range, prices, and offers at any time.

3. Orders and Purchase Confirmation

3.1. An order is considered accepted when the buyer receives confirmation from the Company (by email, phone, or message).
3.2. The buyer must provide accurate information, including name, contact details, and delivery address.
3.3. The Company has the right to refuse an order for objective reasons (lack of stock, technical errors, unpaid advance payment).

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices are stated in euros, including VAT (if applicable).
4.2. Payment methods:
– bank transfer,
– cash upon collection,
– other methods if specified on the website.
4.3. The Company may request an advance payment, especially for custom or special orders.
4.4. If payment is not made within the specified time, the order is cancelled.

5. Delivery and Collection

5.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer or collected from the Company’s warehouse.
5.2. Delivery times are preliminary and may change due to supply, logistics, or weather conditions.
5.3. Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must inspect their condition. If any damage is noticed, it must be documented and the Company informed immediately.

6. Warranty

6.1. Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s or the Company’s warranty (the warranty period is specified individually for each product).
6.2. The warranty does not apply if:
– the equipment was used improperly;
– unauthorized repairs or modifications were performed;
– damage occurred due to careless use or environmental factors.
6.3. Warranty service is provided in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.

7. Returns

7.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days if the purchase was made remotely.
7.2. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original configuration.
7.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the goods are defective.
7.4. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received.

8. Liability

8.1. The Company is liable only for direct losses caused by its fault.
8.2. The Company is not liable for:
– delivery delays caused by third parties;
– improper use of the goods by the buyer;
– indirect losses or loss of profit.
8.3. The buyer is responsible for proper operation of the equipment in accordance with the instructions.

9. Personal Data

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2. Data is used solely for purchase processing, delivery, and warranty service purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. The buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
